How can a case management system help me with the hiring process?

A case management system is an integral tool in assisting with the new hire process. The entire process can be tracked for a potential new hire or "case" from submission of resume, interview notes, references, drug test and hiring contract. Once a new hire becomes an employee, the case can be closed and archived but accessed if needed.
