When a new hire is identified, an admin can send the new hire all onboarding information they need via the case management system. The information is stored in one place and the new hire can review the documents while the hiring manager sees which documents have been reviewed and when. Through the same portal, that new hire can upload their drug screening results, background check and ACH information- really any documentation needed to bring a new hire on successfully. The portal is a "one-stop-shop" for HR, the hiring manager and the employee.
