Admin Dashboard: Interpreting Screening Results in Survey Forms

After logging into your Tracking and Reporting System, select Survey Forms mid-way down the left side of the page (highlighted below). 

Admins can determine who has responded, how they responded and when.

Garner details to determine the overall population health and drill down deeper into cohorts using Member Types & Member Groups.

In addition to viewing real-time data displayed on the Admin Dashboard, raw data files can be exported into CSV format for deeper review and record keeping by clicking the blue Download options in the upper right corner of your screen.
